DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do provide online gift cards with a code, that can be applied to the check-outs. It acts as an online wallet that can be used to make purchases, valid for 1 year from the day it was purchased. 

DO YOU OFFER LAYBUY AND FINANCING PLANS?

These facilities are not available at this point of time.

DO YOU STOCK EXTENDED SIZES?

Yes, we do provide sizes up to 4XL but can also provide 5 XL sizes on demand, where possible.

PRINTING YOUR ORDER?

You will need to upload  a file with your word message and or image desired. The files compatible must be jpg, png or bmp file types but in a PDF format. The sizing must not exceed an A4 size paper of 8.3 x 11.7 inches (21 {width} x 29 {length} in cms. approx.). The instructions will be highlighted, when you proceed with your order. There are no minimum order restrictions applicable. The designs cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & ORDER TRACKING?

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American express and JCB.  For quotes over 10+ items or bulk buyers/ other businesses or logo T-shirts, you will need to contact us, for further correspondence, invoices, shipping cost(International & National) & GST applicable, etc. As soon as your payment has been received, we will process and ship your order within 3-7 days from then on within New Zealand and within 8 days or more across Australia and within 14 days or more to the rest of the world, depending on your location. Every client will be issued an order number alongside a tracking number to keep tabs on your purchase until it has been safely delivered to the destination you have provided. We do not offer credit accounts, after pay or lay buy at this point.
