Your access to and use of Zoey's Inspirations website means that you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained in this notice:
1. Placing an order: The service provided is for your personal use only and you can create a login and become a free member to gain access to our project and proceed to payment before checking out. There is no age limit for you to hold membership with us, since we operate by biblical standards and will not post any content that is inappropriate to the minors. You may need to create a login and a password to access your free membership with us to receive points on each purchase and all our promotional material. Once an order is placed it cannot be amended or cancelled. Orders placed outside of our business hours will be processed on the next working business day.
2. Payment: The options relevant will be highlighted in the check-out section for either direct internet banking to our linked account (for non profit organizations and other businesses/invoices) or your credit or debit card (for all individuals). The information you provide to us must be true, accurate, current, and complete when requested for surveys or any other informational need. We also offer online gift cards for Zoey's Inspirations for any occasion. Please refer to the respective page for more info in relation to this.
3. Refund Policy: If your order is defective or faulty please contact us right away, quoting your order number. You will be required to send us a photograph via email of the faulty product and if you are eligible for a refund, we will issue you a voucher with the amount due.This can take up to 3 days or more depending on your location, although in some cases it may be within 72 hours from the time you have applied for refund. Please be mindful of checking reviews and size measurements provided in the description of each product to avoid any hassles for yourself.
4. Shipping: The delivery of our goods are subject to the courier service times and your location, between 3- 7 working days for New Zealand/ 10 or more working days for Australia, and 14 + working days to other parts of the world. The shipping charges will be available when you proceed to the check outs. This will also depend on your location. We will keep you informed and you will be issued a tracking number to track the progress of your items purchased from us. But, for international shipping, the customs in your region/nation may ask for more information from you or charge you a gst, tax or iva depending on the country. That will be your sole responsibility at your discretion.
5. Content/Members conduct: We will not be processing any offensive, obscene and rude material and or copyright material without the consent of the owner of such content. We will determine whether any content is prohibited. We also hold the right to change, remove or edit any content for any reason, at any time, without notice. Also, you are held responsible for the content you upload and discretion will be applied in relation to the persons in your content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any point of time and update, change or replace any part of these 'Terms of Service' by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Usage of our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose that violates any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) is strictly prohibited.
You are not allowed to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Provision of Information: We only provide general information and must not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
7. Changes to our services: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any of our services.
8. Important information: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. However, we will work with people on an individual basis and will strive to do our best to fulfil with your needs & expectations. You are responsible to update your required information, such as: email, payment methods, credit card numbers and expiration dates, to avoid any hiccups from both ends We are not liable to: maintain any comments made by you, in confidence or pay compensation for any comments; or respond to any comments posted by you or any third party. You must agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, privacy, personality or other personal or commercial rights.
9. Indemnity: We hold no accountability or liability to incidental damages and or negligence on the part of the parties handling the shipping and freight for your products bought from us or our products being sent overseas, that is for you to cover your contents with your own personal insurance. We do not take responsibility for any other party handing your products bought from us. You agree to wave all rights of action or other claims you may have now or in the future against us in respect of any such use, publication or copying. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that arose from your connection with the use of our website, since that would be classified as a technical glitch. Zoey's Inspirations will not be held responsible incase the functionality of this website is interrupted or errored due to the server glitches.
10.Copyright: All the copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in this website and its content (including our design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected to this website) are owned by Zoey's Inspirations or otherwise used by Zoey's Inspirations only, lawfully so.
11. Privacy: You agree to not download, copy, reproduce, transmit, store, sell or distribute any material from this website, without our prior written consent for commercial purposes. Zoey's Inspirations holds no right to the images you submit on this platform. You grant us and our third party service providers, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, copyright license to copy, reproduce, display, modify, adapt or alter, transmit, and distribute your images for the purpose of allowing us to fulfill your orders, and for the purpose of allowing you to use our service. It is your responsibility to backup your data and photos, therefore Zoey's Inspirations will not be held responsible as a back up service for your lost data, Zoey's inspirations holds the right to restrict individual account storage to a reasonable level solely at our discretion.
12.Governance by law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and any breach or violation of any of our terms, from your end, will result in an immediate termination of our services. Any currency conversion rate is subject to the value of your national currency as opposed to the New Zealand dollars at any given point of time. The currency converter is accessible on this website and you can find it at the bottom of the homepage. We will not be held liable for you being charged more or less or even any offshore margins, for international transactions, since we do not have any control over it, banks do.
